We are so over the moon that Sudz has been rapidly growing over the past couple of months! We are so thankful for each and every one of you that have supported us along the way. With that being said, we now have customers all over the U.S. so we wanted to make sure you guys know who exactly is behind this whole crazy operation.
My name is Breeanna Gombert. I just graduated from the University of Central Florida in May of this year. I have always dreamed of being a business owner, and being my own boss. So in August of 2016, with the bored yet creative mindset that summer break entails, I taught myself how to make bath bombs. Now, if you have ever attempted to make a bath bomb, you will quickly realize it is not as easy as it sounds. However, good ol' Pinterest made it look like a piece of cake and I was not going to only give it one try. I played around with the recipe and was finally able to create pretty awesome bath bombs. I gave them out to family and everyone seemed to really enjoy them. With my entrepreneurial spirit, I decided to start an Instagram account called "Bath Time by Bree". Long story short, I very quickly became very overwhelmed with the feedback I was getting. Don't get me wrong... everyone loved the products, which was great. I began getting multiple orders a day. I put together what little money I had in my name as a 17 year old and went out and bought more supplies, ordered business cards, and came up with new products such as bath salts and scrubs.
With school being weeks away and orders still rolling in, my mom, Judi, realized I was going to need some help. My mom very quickly became fascinated with all of the product possibilities and began creating new products. She has the artistic talent that I was missing when creating our products to make them original and unique. Very quickly we realized this could be a successful business. We decided to take the next step and register as a limited liability company in the state of Florida and to rebrand our business name to Sudz.
In 2017, I began college at UCF taking a step back from Sudz, leaving it in my mom's hands until I graduated. During these years she put time and effort into creating new products, creating and perfecting recipes, testing products, and educating herself on skin care products.
As I said before, I recently graduated and my mom, Judi, and I, have been dedicated our full time to Sudz, as it means so much to us. We are so blessed with all of the support and kindness we have received from our customers. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for Sudz!
